"I ended up having to send back..."
I ended up having to send back a dress because it just didn’t work out for me. I wasn’t totally sure how the whole return thing was going to go, but it was actually easy. The refund came through after a few days, and customer service got back to me quicker than I expected. So yeah, overall it was a good experience.

I ordered this dress online and the whole thing just ended up being more annoying than I expected. It took forever to get here, and the tracking barely showed anything, so I never really knew what was going on with it. Customer service took a while to get back to me too. When it finally showed up, the fit was just off, and dealing with the return was another hassle. After all that, I don’t think I’d order from this site again

"Classy styles and easy enough to shop"
I’ve been browsing Melanie Lyne lately because I wanted clothes that look polished without feeling too flashy, i think that’s a fair reason to keep checking the site. The styles are classy, especially the dresses and jackets, and the layout makes it easy to find what I’m looking for, including the sale section. The photos are clear too, which makes me feel a bit more confident before adding anything to my cart. A few pages loaded a little slow for me, but not enough to really ruin the experience. Overall, it’s a nice, simple site to shop on

"Not what I was expecting"
I was a little disappointed when this arrived. The box was crushed, and the dress inside was wrinkled, which made it feel like way less care went into the packaging than I expected. The listing made it seem like it would arrive nicely, so I felt a bit misled.

I’ve ordered from Melanie Lyne a few times now, it’s been solid overall. The clothes usually look like they do in the photos, which is always a relief, and the quality has been good in my experience. Shipping can take a little longer than I’d like sometimes, but I still feel like I can trust the brand. I don’t know, I just keep coming back because I haven’t had any major issues

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from Melanie Lyne: I bought a dress and a blazer, and overall I’m happy with what I got. The quality does feel nice, and the fit was better than I expected, so no complaints there.
That said, I’d be careful paying full price because the regular prices are a bit high in my opinion. If you can catch a sale or discount, it feels much more worth it. Shipping was okay, not especially fast, but not a disaster either. I’d give it 4 stars because I do like the clothes, but I’d definitely recommend waiting for a deal...

I got points after placing my order, i liked having something come back to me for buying stuff I was already going to get. Using them on my next order was easy too, so I felt like I was getting a small win. Happy with it.

I went in to try on a dress and felt ignored the whole time. When I asked for a different size, it seemed like I was bothering the staff, even though the store wasn’t really busy. The clothes are nice, but if that’s how they usually treat customers, I don’t see myself shopping there again. It was a disappointing visit

I’ve found a lot of really cute pieces I’d actually want to buy, but almost every time I check online, my size is already sold out. It makes browsing a little frustrating because the selection looks great at first, but once I filter by what I can actually wear, there’s not much left.

I ordered a dress and ended up needing to send it back. From my experience, the return policy was easy enough to understand, and I got my refund a few days later without any hassle. I do wish they gave you a little more time for returns, but it wasn’t a big deal for me overall...

I was happy with these clothes. The fabric feels good, not cheap or flimsy. Stitching looks solid too. Fit was nice on me, and after washing, it still held up well. No weird shrinking or anything. I’d buy again.

I ordered a black dress, but a navy one showed up instead. I was like, wait, did I click the wrong one, nope, the order clearly said black. Returning it was kind of a hassle, and then I still had to wait again for the right size to come in

I really like a lot of the clothes on Melanie Lyne, like, the styles are genuinely nice. But the sizing can be a bit hit or miss. A few pieces I was interested in were only available in super small or really large sizes, which was kind of frustrating. It’s not a bad site at all, just a little annoying when you finally spot something cute and then, of course, your size is already gone...

Checkout was simple, and the promo code worked without any issues, which I always appreciate. Full-price items can be expensive, so paying full price feels kind of preventable if you wait for a sale. I ordered a dress and a blouse from Melanie Lyne, and the dress was the standout for me. The fabric feels really nice, soft, but with enough weight that it hangs properly and doesn’t feel flimsy.
The blouse was too, but it was thinner than I expected based on the photos. Not in a ridiculous way or anything, just more delicate than I pictured, so I’ll probably be a little more careful with it.
Overall, I’m happy with what I got, especially for dressier pieces. Next time I’d just pay closer attention to the fabric details before ordering.

I ordered from Melanie Lyne and figured it would take the usual amount of time, but it showed up quicker than expected. I got the tracking info soon after placing the order, and the package actually arrived before the estimated delivery date.
Everything was packed properly and the delivery was totally hassle-free. For the overall experience, I’d say it was definitely worth it, especially since fast and reliable shipping makes a big difference. I’d order from them again.

I had to reach out to Melanie Lyne because I ordered the wrong dress size... i was expecting it to be a bit of a headache. But the woman I chatted with was really kind and got back to me quickly.
She checked the stock for me, walked me through the return steps, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking simple questions. The refund came through faster than I expected too, which was a nice surprise...
Overall, it was just a really smooth experience. I’d definitely order again because if something goes wrong, it’s good to know their support team actually helps.

I brought in a dress from Melanie Lyne to get altered and it fits so much better now. The staff were really nice and took their time pinning everything properly. It did take a few days longer then I was expecting, but I’m still happy with how it turned out.
